These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between AOMANI, hereinafter referred to as “the seller,” and any user of the e-commerce website, hereinafter referred to as “the customer.” By placing an order on the website, the customer unconditionally accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.

  9. Disputes and Applicable Law In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction where the seller’s registered office is located.
